With her father being a vassal chief, she was obligated to live at the court of The Chief of Bangante. One of the chief’s elder sons took a liking to her. 10 Children later, he died during one of the many confrontations against the colonial government. Their children were scattered throughout the country. Today, her grandchildren can be found in all corners of the world.
